Personal Information may be aggregated and analyzed to determine program effectiveness or a coach's performance. Personal Information will be uses to respond to your requests, and to notify you of updated information, changes to any program or, with your permission, new products and services that may be of interest to you.

The Corporation may cooperate with such authorities in investigating claims of illegal activity such as (but not limited to) illegal transfer of copyrighted material, or user web-site postings or email messages that contain threats of violence. The Corporation does not sell or rent any data collected about or from you, or provide access to such data to anyone outside of the Corporation other than you without your permission, except as described above.

When an application in the Corporation accepts credit cards or any other particularly sensitive information for any of its services, it encrypts all ordering information, such as your name and credit card number, in order to protect its confidentiality.
