If you choose to participate, you may be providing the Corporation and/or third parties with Personal Information. You can be assured that if you choose to provide any Personal Information to the Corporation Inc it will be used only for the purposes specified here and at the time of collection.

Personal Information may be aggregated and analyzed to determine program effectiveness or a coach's performance. Personal Information will be uses to respond to your requests, and to notify you of updated information, changes to any program or, with your permission, new products and services that may be of interest to you.

The Corporation will not share any Personal Information with governmental authorities unless legally required to do so. The Corporation may cooperate with such authorities in investigating claims of illegal activity such as (but not limited to) illegal transfer of copyrighted material, or user web-site postings or email messages that contain threats of violence. The Corporation does not sell or rent any data collected about or from you, or provide access to such data to anyone outside of the Corporation other than you without your permission, except as described above.

When an application in the Corporation accepts credit cards or any other particularly sensitive information for any of its services, it encrypts all ordering information, such as your name and credit card number, in order to protect its confidentiality. When such application is provided by a third party, such as PayPal, the Corporation recommends that you refer to that third party's privacy policies for more information.
